NoMo and Dusty

This will be a short update. NoMo finally let dusty out of the house a couple of days ago and he made a beeline for NoKe's house and stayed there all night. NoKe went outside this morning and didn't see dusty so she relaxed, then noticed that he was in her car again. Dusty seems to be able to jump through a very small opening in the window and makes himself at home in the backseat of NoKe's car. The only way to get him out is with the frisbee which he cannot resist. NoKe said that it looked like NoMo still hasn't taken a shower or anything since she returned from the hospital, and since she hasn't been answering the phone she hasn't spoken to the police or the insurance people or done anything toward improving her situation. NoKe figures the Guidence people will come and take her back to the hospital fairly soon if she misses any more of her sessions. More later.

Okay so I haven't entered anything in a while...however, now I am ready. NoMo hasn't been seen since she left the hospital...at least by anyone other than NoKe and LeRo. She justs lanquishes in her house in front of the TV...the meds are working well. NoKe went over there yesterday, for the first time since returning from Austin, and says that NoMo sounds normal. She doesn't sound too drugged up. NoMo hasn't let dusty out of the house in weeks...NoKe said she opened her garage door the other day and didn't hear dusty bark at all...peculiar. I thought that maybe there was a murder suicide over there because dusty is never that quiet, but NoMo is not that depressed, so it would just be a dog murder if anything. Today though, NoKe was in the yard working her weedeater and you could hear dusty barking up a storm...you know he is dying to get to his beloved frisbee. So far NoMo has been breaking her appointments with the Guidence Center, making her appointments was one of the conditions for her getting out of the hospital...so they may haul her ass back there if she is not careful...then again, maybe she would prefer that. This all is only a bystanders perspective and so far we have not heard from any of the principals...maybe next time.

Today NoMo was off her medication and was she a terror or what...first she walked over to NoKe's house and demanded her dog back and after NoKe wouldn't concede NoMo called the cops. The police came over and handcuffed NoKe and charged her with alienation of affection for brainwashing dusty and convincing him to stay at her house. Then NoMo had a party...she invited the pizza delivery guy, the cab driver and his girlfriend, and the gardener. Once NoKe got out on bail she went over to NoMo's house and started screaming obscenities at her and tried to lure dusty back to her house with a frisbee...he was unsure whether to go because he loved NoMo so much but he started to go because the frisbee was just too aluring. NoMo caught them at the fence and she and NoKe started to fight...fortunately LeRo had just shown up and pulled NoKe off of NoMo and took her into the house to settle down...now we are afraid that if they see each other then the fight is going to be on and NoKe will kick her ass again. If you believe this then I'm sorry for you...it never happened.

Well NoMo is still not doing anything...mother thinks she has been ordering out for food

ever since she got out of the hospital. I'm sure her bills are stacking up, all she does is veg

now with the medication she takes. NoKe had to take dusty over to NoMo's house

today since she was going to the game. She said that NoMo was downstairs and came to

the door in her same robe and slippers and took dusty inside for the afternoon...I'm sure

she let dusty out just after mother left for LeRo's. Dusty usually stays at mothers and

sleeps in her office while she is working on the computer...slowly but surely he is being

permitted into more and more of the house...soon he will be sleeping on the couch...just

like Count. NoKe did say she was going to call NoMo's neice and tell her about what is

going on here...maybe she could offer some suggestions or help to get mother out of

feeling so responsible for NoMo.

Okay NoKe has forgotten to do this again...so, here I go again. NoMo has been pretty drugged up with her crazy pills so she hasn't done much lately...NoKe found her one day just laying on her couch watching a golf tournament...she has been quite serene since she returned to her house from the hospital. NoKe has let the dog dusty come into the house...further and further each day. It started with just her office and then the kitchen...now she actually leaves dusty alone in her house while she goes to the wine store and other errands. Soon she may start calling him tooty and then its all over...dusty will be hers! NoKe still hasn't been paid back for the dog food, nor has LeRo been paid back for the locks he replaced on NoMo's doors...I think it was about 5 or 6 of them, so its run into some money. Right now NoMo is so serene that she is not attending to anything, her bills, eating, paying people for their service...she just lays around...she is very tranquil, but at least she is not making her infamous trips to Colliers, so some good has come out of this...and NoKe has a new dog.

Since NoKe has forgotten to do this I will say what her theory is. It seems that this antiques dealer, that has done business with NoMo, says she owes him money. He sent a couple of lackeys over to her house one day, while she was away, to repo some of the antiques that he says she didn't pay for. They must have had a key since there was no forced entry, but why they would have one I don't know. It seems logical that those lackeys took some other stuff besides what they came for. I guess they didn't think that NoMo would miss her TV, or booze, or crystal glasses, and a bunch of other things. NoKe told the police all of this and wanted them to go and confront the antiques lackeys and scare the pants off of them. Unfortunately the police don't seem very interested in doing this, and so far, the case isn't progressing much. NoMo seems to be taking her medication now and hasn't done anything of merit lately, but you never know what the future holds.
